2005 Harley Davidson Sportster XL 883 low, scrambler rebuilt by Lord Drake Kustoms
The “Seventy” by Lord Drake Kustoms is a custom rebuilt 2005 Sportster that in principle had to become a cafe racer... Well, at least, that was the original idea of its owner Fran Manen... But it ended up being a scrambler with a flat track flavor. The inspiration came from the design of the racing cars from the 70's, the time when the Martini brand was one of the most famous sponsors and the three-band color scheme was its signature. The transformation of this motorcycle was done in a record time, as once the project started, Drake came up with the idea of introducing it during the 2020 AMC World Championship. Unfortunately, as many other similar events, the show was cancelled, and Fran Manen decided to sell the bike and start a limited production of 10 units.
The main features of this Sporty are: the handmade flat track rear tail, mounted on a modified subframe, the modified fuel tank, the new front fender, the BMX type handlebar. The mechanics received new shocks, the Vance & Hines RSD trucker and a K&N air filter. New lights, indicators and the Daytona dashboard are additional nice details. The spoke rims wear Continental tires.
