1990 Honda XBR 500 by XTR: the ugly duckling becomes a swan in the hands of Pepo Rosell
Main specs: Modified frame, Hagon rear schocks, custom front bracket, Aprilia RS 125 upsidedown forks, Tomaselli clip-ons, Derbi front hub, Excel rims, NG front brake rotor, Frentubo brake lines, Brembo radial brake caliper, Brembo front brake pump, Koso rev counter, XTR carbon fiber front mudguard, XTR regulable cnc machined footrests, Mash Five hundred rear hub and drum brake, XTR fairing, Yamaha TZ 250 modified fuel tank, Yamaha TZ 125 modified rear cowl, XTR upholstery. Engine bored to 600cc with Wiseco high comp piston, Honda XL600 crankshaft, Honda XBR500 gearbox, removed magneto (runs with loosing LIPO battery), Honda XR 600 magnesium left crank cover, removed electric start with new kickstart and gears installed, reworked XBR camshaft to HRC-Sound-of-Single specifications, Ported heads, FCR 39 carburator with hand made intake, custom oil cooler.
