356 C4S

Porsche 356C4S by Emory

This 356 doesn’t appear to be anything particularly special, but, watch out, the tunnel, rear seat area, suspension pickup points, and engine compartment rails are lifted straight from the 1990s. The floor pans, front trunk compartment, and, obviously, the bodywork, are pure 1950s. The wheelbase has been stretched about an inch and a half with the front moving slightly forward and the rear moving slightly back. Further, the engine frame has been shortened a bit from 964 configuration, as it no longer has to fit six cylinders. Hence, not your typical 356 belly but... 356 + 964C4 + 996tt = 356C4S.

Questa 356 non sembra ever niente di speciale, ma, attenzione, il tunnel, l'area dei sedili posteriori, i punti di attacco delle sospensioni e le guide del vano motore arrivano direttamente dagli anni '90. Tuttavia, i pannelli inferiori, il vano bagagli anteriore e, ovviamente, la carrozzeria sono originali anni '50. Il passo è stato effettivamente allungato di circa un 4 cm con l'avantreno spostato leggermente avanti e il retrotreno leggermente indietro. Inoltre, il telaio sotto al motore è stato accorciato rispetto a una 964, in quanto non è più necessario a accogliere sei cilindri pieni. Non la solita 356 allora ma... 356 + 964C4 + 996tt = 356C4S.
