If customizing is also the art of recycling with style, Naples is its elective homeland. The hevidence is this beautiful special based on a Honda CB400N, a bike as popular, solid and reliable as not easy to customize because the intrusive rear frame that makes it complicated to change the style and give a true classic look. The fork, modified and adapted, and the rims, are from a Transalp 600. The front brakes have been modified, while at the rear drum has been replaced with a more reliable disc brake. The tank is unmistakably H-D Sportster from the 90s, with the bottom heavily modified to fit the frame. Chain and engine guards are custom built and match very well with the bespoke exhausts and megaphones with billet bottoms. The controls remained stock, remodeled and darkened. The brake master cylinder is from a 2001 R6. The final touch is the signature headlight, coming from a vintage Jeep, which gives a lot of personality to this special.

Lo dimostra questa bella special su base CBN400: una moto tanto solida, affidabile e, a suo tempo, diffusa, quanto non facile da personalizzare, con quel telaio posteriore invadente che ne rende complicato cambiare lo stile e conferire un vero look classico. La forcella, modificata e adattata, e i cerchi, sono di una Transalp 600. I freni anteriori sono stati modificati, mentre al retrotreno il tamburo originale è stato sostituito con un più affidabile freno a disco. Il serbatoio è inconfondibilmente H-D Sportster degli anni 90, con il fondo modificato per adattarlo al telaio. Paracatena e paramotore sono artiginali e si accoppiano bene con i nuovi scarichi custom con megafoni costruiti ad hoc e fondelli ricavati dal pieno. I comandi sono quelli originali, rimodellati ed imbruniti. La pompa freno è di una R6 del 2001. Il faro anteriore arriva da una Jeep d’epoca, e ci sta da Dio.
