The 2002 Guzzi Nevada 750 "Millenovecento36" is the Oscar Tasso’s tribute to the Fiat 500cc. "Topolino". 

On June 15, 1936, the automaker Fiat launched the 500A, which later became known as "Topolino” (Mickey Mouse), perhaps because of the similarity of its front with the nose of the Walt Disney’s character who became popular in that period. A car with the engine displacement of a motorcycle, which will bring a sense of freedom to many. Thanks to that "little mouse" the social life of the Italians is finally able to spread beyond the sound of the their cities’ bells. Italians get to know a freedom of movement that they won’t be able to give up. "There have been many reasons that led me to dedicate a tribute to the Topolino – Oscar says - first of all a memory of my childhood, of the yard where I grew up ... There was a taciturn gentleman who had a garage, and this car was guarded there. Rarely, few times a year, the Topolino was pulled out of the garage and each time for me was a party. Every time, I stopped looking at her to listen to her voice which thrilled me. I was so excited by her smooth shapes, by her black and burgundy colors, by the smell of its exhaust: those emotions are still very vivid in me ... " 

La Guzzi Nevada 750 “Millenovecento36″ è il tributo di Oscar Tasso alla Fiat Topolino. Il 15 giugno 1936, la casa automobilistica Fiat lancia sul mercato la 500A, poi divenuta famosa come “Topolino”, forse per la somiglianza del suo frontale con il muso del Topolino della Walt Disney che acquista popolarità in quel periodo storico. Un’auto dalla cilindrata motociclistica, che porterà senso di libertà a molti. Grazie a quel “piccolo topo” la vita sociale degli italiani si estende oltre il suono delle campane della propria città. Gli italiani conoscono una libertà di movimento a cui non sapranno più rinunciare. “Sono stati molti i motivi che mi hanno spinto a dedicare un tributo alla TOPOLINO – dice Oscar – innanzi tutto un ricordo dell’infanzia, di quel cortile dove sono cresciuto… C’era un signore distinto e taciturno che aveva in affitto un garage, proprio quest’auto vi era custodita e raramente, poche volte all’anno la Topolino veniva tirata fuori da quel garage, ogni volta per me era una festa, ogni volta mi fermavo la guardavo ed ascoltavo la sua voce che emozionava. Mi emozionavano le sue rotondità, con i suoi colori il bordeaux e nero, l’odore del suo scarico, ancora oggi è ben vivida in me quell’emozione...“
