Phantom!

It was just an ugly 1991 Guzzi Nevada 750. Now it's "the Phantom".

Matteucci designed a new chassis' balance for this bike, moving the rear shocks and shortening the front forks. The clip-on’s were handcrafted with an angle of 5° and visible welding. The new vintage fuel tank has been hand shaped. The tail light is housed in the rear frame loop, cut and rebuilt. The single-seat covered by Cartier-red leather is convertible into a two-seater: the handmade metal tail section is removable: just 4 screws and a rubber band. The quick release fairing is inspired by HD. The steel frame has been polished and the engine finished wrinkled matt black. The bodywork is painted aged pure white.

Matteucci ha studiato un nuovo assetto spostando gli ammortizzatori posteriori e sfilando le forcelle all’anteriore. I semimanubri sono artigianali con l’inclinazione di 5° e saldature a vista. Un nuovo serbatoio vintage è stato modificato artigianalmente. La luce posteriore trova alloggio nel telaio tagliato e ricostruito. La sella monoposto in pelle rosso Cartier è convertibile in una due posti: basta togliere il codino asportabile in lamiera lavorata a mano: 4 viti ed un elastico. Il cupolino è stato realizzato su inspirazione HD a sgancio rapido. Il telaio in acciaio è stato lucidato e il motore finito in nero opaco grinzato. La verniciatura della carrozzeria è in bianco puro, invecchiato.
