Puch Magnum by Rogue builds - Elverson, Pennsylvania

As most of the Rogue's builds, the Sieben is based on a Puch 50cc. The Magnum was a top-tank moped sold in North America from 1978 to 1980 and is a very popular model in US since it was the Puch's top of the line, easy to customize and make it really fast. The engine of this 1980 little bastard has been rebuilt with a 64cc Polini cylinder and a high performance crankshaft and is fed by a 19mm Dell'Orto, In addition a custom made expansion chamber was added. Basically, this is the typical tuning process that most of the young owners of small 50cc bikes used to follow in Italy in the 70's and early '80s to improve the performance of their mopeds. In this case there is the add of a good quantity of style and the vintage taste of the transformation is definitely a plus. 

Come la maggior parte delle realizzazioni di Rogue, il Sieben è basato su un piccolo Puch 50cc. Il Magnum era un ciclomotore con serbatoio di tipo classico venduto in Nord America tra il 1978 e il 1980. Molto popolare negli Stati Uniti, era il modello top di gamma della Puch, facile da personalizzare e rendere velocissimo. Il motore di questo piccolo bastardo del 1980 è stato ricostruito con un cilindro Polini 64cc, albero motore a elevato rendimento e alimentato da un Dell'Orto da 19mm. Inoltre è stata montato uno scarico custom a espansione. Fondamentalmente, questo era l'iter di ottimizzazione tipico che in Italia, negli anni '70 e primi anni '80, la maggior parte dei giovani proprietari di "motorini" 50cc utilizzavano per migliorare le prestazioni. In questo caso vi è l'aggiunta di una buona quantità di stile e il gusto vintage della trasformazione è sicuramente un plus.
