Her name is "Katherine Knight", a 1993 CBR 600 F custom cafe fighter by Carlos Juarez

Carlos wanted to turn his CBR600 into a café racer retaining its main components (frame, brakes, suspensions, fuel tank and wheels) to keep it agile and sporty. Despite its age, the bike was spotless, and it only had 30,000 km. The sub frame was removed and a new trellis one was rebuilt and mounted. The excellent paintjob contributes to add lightness to the design. 

Carlos ha voluto trasformare la sua CBR600 in una café racer senza sostituire le componenti principali (telaio, freni, sospensioni, serbatoio e cerchi) per mantenerne l’originale agilità e attitudine sportiva. Nonostante gli anni, la moto era immacolata e aveva solo trentamila chilometri. Il telaio sottosella è stato rimosso e ne è stato realizzato uno artigianale in traliccio d’acciaio. L'eccellente paintjob contribuisce aggiungere leggerezza al disegno.
