Based on a Guzzi V7 Stone, 'La Bastarda' is the bike preferred by our friend Jody of Officine Sbrannetti among those built so far.
Jody explains that the hardest part of the built was the replacement of the original gas tank with a Honda FT 500 one from the 80’s, and to install a new injection pump externally, between the two cylinders. "We replaced the battery with a smaller one of a Monster 900 that, together with a careful repositioning of the electrical components, allowed us to tighten so much the central part of the bike, creating new metal side panels, totally hand made. As usual, we do not use plastic." The MMB gauge is installed on a custom bracket which also houses the main service lights. The front fender was replaced with an aluminium one and a modified aftermarket plate holder was shaped on the new seat, entirely redesigned, built in house and covered by genuine leather by our friend and collaborator Andrea Lava a.k.a. La1972. New headlight and rear light, turn signals and all related custom built brackets complete the facilities of The Bastard. The tires are Dunlop, the mufflers are Megaton mounted on the original repainted pipes. The final painting is in the Sbrannetti’s favourite colours: black, raw metal, brown and green. Like any Sbrannetti build, La Bastarda has a numbered strap on the tank with the name of the motorcycle.

Realizzata su base moto Guzzi V7 Stone, La Bastarda è la moto preferita da Jody Basso di Officine Sbrannetti tra quelle costruite fin'ora. Jody spiega che la parte più difficile è stata la sostituzione del serbatoio originale con uno di una Honda FT 500 degli anni 80, ed il riposizionamento della nuova pompa di iniezione esterna nella V dei cilindri. “Abbiamo sostituito la batteria con quella di un Monster 900 (più piccola come ingombri) che , insieme ad un attento riposizionamento delle parti elettriche , ci ha permesso di stringere tantissimo la zona dei fianchi e realizzarne di nuovi , totalmente fatti a mano in metallo. Come da tradizione, non usiamo materie plastiche”. La strumentazione MMB è fissata su un supporto artigianale che accoglie anche le principali spie di servizio. E' stato sostituito il parafango anteriore con un altro realizzato in alluminio e applicato un nuovo portatarga aftermarket modificato per armonizzarsi con la sella artigianale, interamente riprogettata , costruita in casa e foderata in vera pelle dal nostro amico e collaboratore Andrea Lava alias La1972. Stop posteriore, nuovo faro anteriore, frecce e tutti i relativi supporti costruiti appositamente completano la dotazione de La Bastarda. I pneumatici sono Dunlop, gli scarichi sono Megaton su collettori originali riverniciati. La verniciatura è nelle tinte favorite di Sbrannetti: nero, metallo rigato, marrone e verde. Come ogni Sbrannetti, La Bastarda ha sul serbatoio una cinghia numerata col nome della realizzazione.
