CB450 by Dogma

This 1992 CB 450 DX is the last release by Borja Jimenez of Dogma Motorcycles in Madrid. 

The several changes made to the donor bike include: new tighter subframe with integrated rear led lights and custom seat, new adjustable shock absorbers, matt black 17” spoke wheels, CBR900RR fork and triple, aluminium clip-on’s, Tomaselli throttle command, 296 mm front disk with Nissin 4 piston brake calipers and master cyclinder, metal brake ducts. The engine breaths through new conical filters and  custom exhausts. The bodywork features an adapted Derby tank with a new custom gas cap and  metal flake custom painting. The new riding position required ad-hoc bespoke aluminium rear footpegs. The electrical has been simplified with a new gel battery, new H4 bulb for the relocated front light, Koso instruments, mini indicators and, finally, CBR 600 RR braided lines and hoses by NGK. 

Le numerose modifiche apportate alla moto originale includono: nuovo controtelaio ridotto con  luci posteriori a led integrate e sedile su misura, nuovi ammortizzatori regolabili,  ruote a raggi da 17" nero opaco, forcella e piastre CBR900RR, semimanubri in alluminio, gas rapido Tomaselli, disco anteriore da 296 mm con pompa e pinza Nissin 4 pistoncini, condotti dei freni in metallo. Il motori respira attraverso nuovi filtri conici e gli scarichi custom fasciati. La carrozzeria prevede un serbatoio Derby adattato al telaio con un nuovo tappo custom e verniciatura personalizzata metal flake. La posizione di guida rivista ha richiesto nuove pedane arretrate ricavate artigianalmente in alluminio. L'impianto elettrico è stato semplificato con una nuova batteria al gel, lampadina H4 per il faro anteriore, spostato più in basso, strumenti Koso, mini indicatori di direzione, infine, i nuovi cablaggi candele e bobine NGK di una CBR 600 RR.
